Yes, we bring our regular supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, including organic or specialty products, please provide them for the visit.
How is the price determined?
Quotes depend on the size and condition of the space and the work requested. We prefer to see the space before giving a final quote.
Do you clean exterior windows or high areas?
We do not clean exterior windows or very high spaces, and we do not move heavy furniture. Tell us about any special requests when you contact us.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a $50 charge. Urgent or off-hours cleaning depends on staff availability and may have a different rate.
